We understand that being a carer is one of the most demanding- and often under appreciated roles out there. You dedicate your time, energy, and heart to looking after others, and it’s easy to forget to take a moment for yourself.
This month, we want to celebrate carers by giving away three prizes! It’s our way of saying thank you for the vital role carers play in our communities every day.
As a small gesture of appreciation, we’re giving you the chance to win a packed Cadbury Chocolate Hamper, plus two Extra-Large Cadbury Chocolate Bars for the runners up!
How to Enter:
To be in with the chance of winning one of our THREE tasty prizes, enter your details into the form below. The winners of the competiton will be announced in next months email newsletter and contacted shortly after to arrange the postage of their prize.
Terms & Conditions
- The last day to participate is the 30th of June at 23:59, all entries sent after this date won’t be accepted.
- Winners will be chosen by the 1st of July and the winners will be revealed in our July newsletter.
- After the winners have been announced we will get in touch with them directly to confirm postal address.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Employees of Surewise are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
- Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered via the form on this page, using a random number generator. Surewise will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
- Surewise will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Surewise takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Surewise’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
