Terms and Conditions

1. The promoters for this competition are Surewise.
2. The two prizes will be given to two different entries. The prize on Facebook is a Virginia Hayward Large Wicker Christmas Cracker Hamper. The prize on Twitter is an M&S Collection Christmas Hamper.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. To enter the draw, entrants must like and comment on the Surewise Facebook page and competition post and say what is their favourite christmas food  or they must send an email to [email protected].  Only one entry per person.  Entrants agree to be notified if the competition is re-run. The Twitter competition entries must like and retweet and answer what is their favourite christmas song.
5. You must be a UK resident aged 17 years old or over at the time of entry.
6. The competition closes at midnight on the 14th of December 2022. Entries received after this time will not be put forward for the draw.
7. This competition is open to all UK residents, except employees of Sure Wise Ltd and their affiliated companies, their families and agencies.
8. The judges’ decision is final.
9. The winner will be randomly selected by the promoter from entries received once the prize draw closes.
10. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
11. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry.
12. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
13. The winner will be contacted by Surewise the 14th of December. If the prize remains unclaimed by 5 p.m. on the 15th of December 2022, Sure Wise Ltd will conduct a second chance draw on the 15th of December, 2022.
14. The winner must ensure that they contact the promoters within 2 days of receiving the initial prize notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
15. The promoters will endeavour to ensure the mobility scooter promoted is the one given away.
16. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
17. Incorrectly completed entries or the use of a false name or details will result in disqualification.
18. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
19. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated software will not be accepted.
20. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure which may restrict or delay or failure of entry.
21. Surewise reserve the right to verify the validity of entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or does not act in accordance with the Conditions of Entry as outlined above.
22. By entering, the winner agrees for Surewise to use their names on social media.
23. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
24. Surewise reserve the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
25. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the prize draw.
26. When entering this competition you acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
