Home emergency cover plans start at just £44.00 per year. You can choose between three levels of cover:

  • Silver Cover pays up to £250 per claim
  • Gold Cover pays up to £500 per claim
  • Platinum Cover pays up to £750 per claim

If you change your mind about home emergency policy, you can take advantage of our 14-day cooling off period.

Your insurance policy provides protection against a range of home emergencies:

  • Water supply (if causing damage internally) and electricity failure
  • Burst or leaking pipes that may cause damage to your home contents
  • Failure of primary central heating system
  • Inoperable toilet, (when there is only one in the property)
  • Damage to the property rendering it insecure (broken locks, doors and windows)
  • Failure of and damage to roofing, down-piping and guttering
  • Infestation of wasps, hornets, mice and rats
