What Is covered and what Is Not covered with our Boiler and Central Heating Cover On the Home Emergency Policy?
We aim to be as clear and transparent as possible, so have produced a list of some key items that our policies do and don’t cover. We hope it helps!

|Sudden leakage or burst pipes covered||The re-lighting of central heating boilers|
|We arrange approved repairs for you||Failure of zone or changeover valves or energy management systems|
|Cost of approved repairs covered up to cover limit||Any claim which is related to a boiler over|
10 years old or a boiler which has an output more than 60kw per hour capacity
|Covers breakdown of your main central heating system||Breakdown and/or failure of Economy 7 Storage Heater(s)|
|Hot water systems cover included as standard||Replacement of any boiler or warm air unit if repair or reinstatement is not possible due to the non-availability of parts|
|Includes cover for failure of your electricity supply||Any costs arising as a result of failure to service the boiler or warm air unit annually or in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Any recommendations following servicing should be carried out and the costs will be your responsibility|
|Variable excess||Any intermittent or reoccurring fault|
|UK nationwide call outs arranged||Any water pressure adjustments or failure caused through hard water scale or sludge|
|Qualified and experienced engineers||Fuel lines including gas leaks|
|24 Hour dedicated telephone assistance 365 days a year||Any re-lighting of the pilot light (please refer to manufacturers handbook), or the incorrect operation or routine adjustments of time or temperature controls|
|All-in-one home emergency policy||Any boiler or system noise|
